CHA Alert: Urge Cal/OSHA to Change Misguided Weapons Screening Regulations
What’s happening: On Monday, CHA issued an alert asking members to write to the Cal/OSHA Standards Board and urge changes to proposed regulations implementing Assembly Bill 2975, which requires hospitals to conduct weapons detection screenings at entrances to their facilities.
