CHA Issues Summary of Final Rule on ACA Coverage, Updated Payment Parameters for 2022

The final rule is effective Nov. 26.
Reconsideration Requests for Provider Relief Fund Phase 3 Payments Due by Nov. 12
Providers who believe their Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Phase 3 payment was not calculated correctly can request a reconsideration. The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) will accept PRF reconsideration requests for Phase 3 payments until 8:59:59 p.m. (PT) on Nov. 12.
