CHA has issued a members-only summary, prepared by Health Policy Alternatives, Inc., of the final rule that finalizes certain payment parameters and additional policy changes for health insurance issuers and the health insurance marketplaces (exchanges), applicable to the 2022 plan year and beyond. The final rule is effective Nov. 26.
