Angell, the 2016 court decision that established a requirement to include a designated patient representative for incapacitated skilled-nursing facility (SNF) residents without decision-makers in interdisciplinary team meetings convened to address care decisions
CHA Responds to Congressional Request for Information on Creating a Public Option
In May, the chairman of the House Committee on Energy & Commerce and Chair of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions formally requested information on how Congress should develop a public health insurance option.
