CHA reminds members that Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Period 4 opens on Jan. 1, 2023. This reporting period covers funds received from July 1, 2021, through Dec. 31, 2021. PRF recipients have until Dec. 31, 2022, to use any funds received during this time frame to offset expenses or lost revenue related to COVID-19.
