Community and workplace violence is a significant worldwide problem. When health care employees are victims of workplace violence, there can be significant psychological and physical trauma to those involved and collateral impacts on other staff.
Webinar attendees will learn about CommonSpirit’s approach to preventing community and workplace violence through its United Against Violence Program and how one division responds to employees who are victims.
Once complete, attendees will be able to understand the connections between community-based and workplace violence.
