CDPH Issues Updated Hospice Licensure Requirements

The California Department of Public Health has issued updated information about hospice agency licensure requirements and oversight.  

All Facilities Letter 22-28 provides information on the extension of the current moratorium on new hospice agency licenses, specifies mandatory management personnel and related reporting, and establishes a complaint process for licensed hospice agencies.  

Additional information about the required survey process and grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a license are also discussed.
