CHA will hold its annual meetings for members with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) leadership and district offices via webinar on Nov. 4 and 10.

Heidi Steinecker, CDPH deputy director, Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ), and her team will provide an update on their program improvement. They will review CDPH’s COVID-19 response, reflecting on actions during the first wave and subsequent resurgences. Participants will also hear highlights of CHCQ’s direction, reorganization, and priorities moving forward.

In addition, breakout sessions will allow participants the chance to meet and dialogue with leaders from their local CDPH Licensing and Certification Program District Office.

The Nov. 4 meeting is for Central Valley and Northern California hospitals; Nov. 10 is for Southern California. Both meetings are from 9 a.m. to noon. Register now to learn about changes coming to CDPH and to reconnect with a local district office.
