The 2022 Disaster Planning Conference, set for Sept. 13-14 at the Pasadena Convention Center, is offering something new this year.
For the first time, there will be a Remembrance Wall where attendees can honor families, colleagues, and patients. “Bricks” will be available to write on and share thoughts, memories, or inspirations.
In addition, attendees will hear insights from The Joint Commission, the Uvalde response team, and how to build community resilience. There will also be a special opening ceremony (it’s a surprise) and raffle in which one attendee could win a $500 gift card. *
It’s not too late to register, and the Westin Hotel has extended its conference discounted room block to Sept. 6.
