- Changes to the comprehensive ambulatory payment classification packaging policies
- Creation of a separate payment for high-cost radiopharmaceuticals
- Policies related to incarcerated individuals
- New Conditions of Participation for obstetrical services
- Requirements for the Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting Program
- Modifications to the Overall Hospital Quality Star Rating methodology
Comments on the proposed rule are due to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services by Sept. 9.
