The Center for Health Care Quality licenses and certifies over 14,000 health care facilities and agencies in California in 30 categories. In 2022, the Centralized Program Flex Unit absorbed all program flex reviews submitted by health care facilities and agencies previously processed by the center’s district offices. This webinar will address learnings from the nearly two years of implementation and offer best practices for hospitals to consider when applying for a program flex.
