The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is now posting vaccination rates for skilled-nursing facilities (SNF) to its consumer website Care Compare.
By visiting the site, consumers can obtain information on the percentage of a SNF’s staff and residents who have received the COVID-19 vaccination. The site also provides national and state rates for comparison. CMS believes the availability of the data will allow residents and families to make more informed decisions about the care they receive.
