CHA’s Emergency Services Forum — an event focused on hospital emergency department management and its intersection with emergency services and the community — is set for Dec. 7 in Riverside.
It’s an opportunity to gather in person and support each other, learn new insights, and adjust from the pandemic. Attendees will leave with a handful of takeaways to implement in day-to-day operations.
They include:
- EMSA State of the State – Ambulance Patient Offload Delays and Strategic Planning
- Emergency Department Response to Local Disaster
- Discharge and Throughput Challenges
- Active Threat Awareness
- Managing The Joint Commission Survey Process in an ED
The forum will take place during the Riverside Festival of Lights — a month-long event starting Nov. 25 and lasting through the end of the year.
