Executive Briefing: Prop 35 (MCO Tax) Implementation Participant Information Page

California voters overwhelmingly passed Proposition 35 in November, yet no proposal has been submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for federal approval. CHA is working with a strong coalition to change that.

Join CHA’s Adam Dorsey and Mark Farouk as they discuss what’s behind the delays and share CHA’s strategy for pushing for expeditious implementation. They will offer insights into the state budget context, what to expect in the Governor’s May Revision budget, and present a realistic timeline of when to expect dollars to flow to hospitals.

Get your MCO Tax questions answered and share your thoughts – Julie Sprengel, CHA Board of Trustees Chair-Elect, will open the program and, on behalf of the CHA Board, listen to your questions and comments.
