Two sessions have been added to CHA’s virtual Disaster Planning Conference. On Sept. 15 from 8 to 8:30 a.m., Beta Healthcare Group’s Care for the Caregivers session features vital information for providing “psychological first aid” for health care workers. Content in this program will benefit anyone who works in/around a hospital/health care environment ― not just clinical workers.
On Sept. 16 from 8 to 8:30 a.m. Everbridge will present Putting Digital Technology into Practice for “The New Normal” and Beyond. Eric Chetwynd, Everbridge health care solutions expert, will share how technological advancements — including telehealth, digital wayfinding, contact tracing, and other innovative collaborative tools — are reshaping the health care landscape, care delivery, and the way hospitals prepare and respond to critical events.
