What’s happening: Guidance from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) affirms it rescinded a COVID-19 public health emergency era waiver related to the 340B Drug Discount Program and off-site clinics.
What else to know: HRSA’s guidance provides a 90-day window for hospitals to notify the agency of clinics currently receiving the 340B discount but not listed on the Medicare cost report and requires clinics to register in the 340B Office of Pharmacy Affairs Information System.
