Through the enactment of Assembly Bill 133 (2021), California has established a statewide health and human services data exchange framework, which includes a single data sharing agreement (DSA) and a common set of policies and procedures that govern the exchange of health information among health care, social services, and other entities.

CHA is hosting a webinar to provide a high-level overview and legal perspective of the data sharing agreement and upcoming deadlines that hospitals must act on by January 2023.

The webinar will:

  • Summarize the Data Sharing Agreement
  • Discuss policies and procedures associated with the DSA

Join CHA’s Trina Gonzalez along with Andrea Frey, associate at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, PC, as they break down everything you need to know to ensure the successful execution of your hospital’s DSA.
