To assist hospitals interested in the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure grant program that was announced last week, CHA has developed a fact sheet that briefly describes the eligible uses and potential pre-application steps that can be taken.
Interested hospitals and hospital systems are encouraged to consider joint applications with local or regional partners, including counties, tribal organizations, health plans, community providers, and/or real estate developers. Applications are due March 31.
