- The IRF summary covers proposed updates to the IRF payment rates, outlier threshold, market area delineations, and the IRF Quality Reporting Program (QRP).
- The SNF summary details proposed updates to Medicare SNF payment rates, the SNF QRP, and the SNF Value-Based Purchasing Program.
- The hospice summary includes proposed updates to the Medicare hospice payment rates, wage index, and the Hospice QRP.
