The deadline to receive discount registration and hotel rates at this year’s Disaster Planning for California Hospitals Conference – to be held Sept. 10-11 in Pasadena – is Aug. 19. After that, registration will increase by $100, and the conference rate for hotel rooms expires.
This year’s conference – the largest statewide gathering of hospital emergency preparedness coordinators in California – will emphasize how past experiences can help prepare hospitals for unexpected future events, with two days of general session and breakout learning sessions, an exhibit show, and a best practices poster showcase.
For the first time, the conference also includes a livestream option that allows multiple people to hear and view the conference from the convenience of their own office or conference room, with a single registration fee and no lodging or transportation expenses.
