Application Deadlines for Phase 4 Provider Relief Fund and American Rescue Plan Rural Distribution Clarified

The Health Resources and Services Administration has clarified the deadline for the single application for the upcoming distribution of $25.5 billion in Phase 4 Provider Relief Fund and American Rescue Plan rural distributions. Applicants must complete the first step in the application process by submitting their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for IRS validation no later than tonight — Oct. 26 — at 8:59 p.m. (PT).
