Noridian clarified in an announcement on Oct. 21 that it will process provider-submitted adjustments to 2022 340B claims paid prior to Sept. 28, 2022.
These provider-submitted adjustments will be paid at the correct rate – average sales price +6%. The adjustments can be submitted using type of bill (TOB) XX7 with condition code D9 and remarks indicating “340B Adjustment.” For 340B claims paid on Sept. 28 or thereafter, Noridian will automatically adjust those payments.
