New CHA Tools Help Track Federal Legislation, Litigation

For CEOs, government relations executives, legal counsel

CHA has released two new tools to help members track federal legislation and litigation efforts.

The Federal Legislative Tracker allows members to see where the California congressional delegation stands on key legislation of interest to hospitals. It also shows which representatives are sponsoring or not sponsoring legislation, and includes links to congressional and delegation letters, as well as other helpful resources, such as CHA alerts and infographics.

The Litigation Tracker monitors the progress of critical litigation that would impact CHA’s advocacy and policy priorities. It is divided by litigation issue (for example, 340B), and includes both a description of the issue and a timeline of key dates, plus links to event resources and additional analysis.

For questions about the legislative tracker, please contact Anne O’Rourke at aorourke@calhospital.org. For questions about the litigation tracker, please contact Jackie Garman at jgarman@calhospital.org
