SB 1423 (Dahle, R-Bieber) Details
Passed the Assembly Health Committee on June 25. To be heard in the Assembly Appropriations Committee.
SB 1423 would establish a critical access hospital (CAH) technical advisory group at the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to evaluate and make recommendations on the financial stability of CAHs. The bill would require DHCS to submit a report to the Legislature with recommendations on improving the financial stability of CAHs.
