To help providers better understand their Phase 4/American Rescue Plan (ARP) rural distribution payment calculation, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has made the amount of the Phase 4 base and bonus payment available via the Provider Relief Fund support line at (866) 569-3522.
Last week, HRSA opened the Phase 4/ARP rural distributions reconsideration process for providers who have already received payment.
Providers interested in completing the process should review the payment methodology, compile the documentation necessary to support the reconsideration request, complete the request form, and submit the form online.

Reconsideration requests are due for most providers by 8:59:59 p.m. (PT) on May 2. However, HRSA has committed to giving providers who have not yet received a payment determination at least 45 days to submit their request.
