The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is giving providers who missed the Provider Relief Fund Reporting Period (RP) 4 deadline due to extenuating circumstances a one-time opportunity to submit a request to report late.
Providers have until April 28 to submit a request to report late for RP4 via a DocuSign form. The Request to Report Late Due to Extenuating Circumstances web page provides more details on this process.
