What Else to Know: The FAQs are in response to the district court’s opinions and orders in TMA III and TMA IV.
The two FAQs explain how certified IDR entities may determine whether a dispute is appropriately batched. The FAQs also clarify other provisions and provide information about the agency’s policy for extending existing IDR deadlines once the federal IDR portal reopens to all batched disputes and single disputes involving air ambulance services.
