The 2023 California Hospital Volunteer Leadership Conference, in its 60th year, will be held in-person at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento, February 21-22, 2023.
The conference reflects connectivity and the importance of adapting our programs for the current health care landscape.
The intended audience is volunteer leaders, volunteers, paid staff who manage volunteer programs, community partners, and inter-professional peers looking to expand their services with volunteer programs.

Cancellation/Refund
A $75 non-refundable processing fee will be retained for each cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing 14 or more days prior to the scheduled event and emailed to volunteers@calhospital.org. No refunds will be made after these dates. Substitutions are encouraged. In the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, refunds will be issued to paid registrants within 30 days.
Discount Registration Check Payment
Check payment registrations received by Dec. 15 (extended to Dec. 31, must submit payment before Jan. 13, 2023 to receive discount rate. If payment is submitted after Jan. 13, the rate will increase. If you have questions, please call (916) 552-7544.
Confirmation Policy
A confirmation email will be sent to all registrants. On-site registrations and any unpaid registrations may be subject to an additional 10% fee.
