The California EMS System Strategic Plan is intended to serve as a crucial guide for efforts to enhance and improve emergency medical services throughout the state. It outlines a shared vision, goals, and objectives, providing a roadmap for the coming years as EMSA works toward achieving excellence in emergency care. By operationalizing the plan, EMSA aims to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen the overall resilience and preparedness of the emergency medical services while fostering collaboration and partnership with all stakeholders involved in the EMS system.
