On April 6, the Department of Health Care Services updated its state fiscal year (SFY) 2021-22 Diagnosis-Related Group grouper settings documents to reflect 3M Grouper Software mapper and hospital-acquired conditions updates that took effect on April 1.
The following grouper setting documents are published on the DRG web page (under Pricing Resources: SFY 2021/22):

Please note when using the 3M Core Grouping Software for claims with an admit date on or after April 1, enter the procedure dates with the relevant procedure codes to ensure an accurate result.
