The state, via the California Coronavirus Testing Task Force, has allocated 300,000 COVID-19 tests for hospitals.
The tests were distributed to the Medical Health Operational Area Coordinators (MHOACs) and were allocated based on the number of hospital beds in each local health jurisdiction. Hospitals can reach out to their local MHOAC to submit a Resource Request to request them.
