On Feb. 28, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services approved the Medi-Cal managed care rates for July 1, 2019-Dec. 31, 2020, often referred to as the “Bridge Period.”
This approval includes all managed care directed payment programs in that rate year, including the first 18 months of the Private Hospital Directed Payment program for Hospital Fee Program 6. Copies of the federal approval letters are available on CHA’s Hospital Fee Program web page under Program 6.
