CHA thanks members for sharing their experiences with episodic payment through their participation in Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation models such as the Bundled Payment for Care Improvement, Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement, and Bundled Payment for Care Improvement Advanced models. The feedback helped inform comments.
