CHA has issued a members-only summary, prepared by Health Policy Alternatives, Inc., of the final rules on requirements related to surprise billing recently issued by the Departments of Treasury, Labor, and Health and Human Services.
The rules are effective Oct. 25 and apply to items and services furnished on or after that date for plan or policy years beginning on or after Jan. 1, 2022.
CHA will host a complimentary, members-only webinar on Sept. 30 at 11 a.m. (PT) to provide insight and guidance on navigating the No Surprises Act final rules. Registration is required.
