The Disparities Solutions Center is now accepting applications for the 2022-23 Disparities Leadership Program.
This is a year-long, hands-on executive education program for leaders from health care organizations that want to implement practical strategies to eliminate racial and ethnic disparities in health care, particularly through quality improvement. It is designed to help health care leaders translate the latest understanding of disparities into realistic solutions they can adopt within their organization. A number of California hospital leaders are alumni of this program, and many have described it as transformative.
The timeline, letter of intent form, and applications are available online. Letters of intent are due June 24, and applications are due July 8. A limited number of scholarships are available for public hospitals, Medicaid managed health plans, and community health centers.
