The American Hospital Association (AHA) and its Institute for Diversity and Health Equity have extended the deadline to April 29 for the 2022 Health Equity, Diversity and Inclusion survey , which was launched on Jan. 18.
Hospital CEOs and diversity, equity, and inclusion leaders received the survey via email with login details and completion instructions; it is also available via PDF. Contact AHA Survey Support at surveysupport@aha.org or (800) 530-9092 with any questions.
The survey should be completed by organizational leaders whose focus is on health equity and/or diversity and inclusion initiatives. CHA encourages members to submit their hospital’s responses to ensure California hospitals are represented.
