Chelsea Driscoll is currently the Division Chief of Public Policy and Prevention within the Center for Health Care Quality at the California Department of Public Health. Prior to that, she was the Policy and Enforcement Branch Chief. Chelsea has 20 years of experience in legislative and public policy development in a variety of policy areas including, health care, social services and public safety.
Trina Gonzalez

Trina Gonzalez currently serves as vice president, policy at the California Hospital Association (CHA), where she is responsible for developing CHA’s policy positions on a wide range of legislative and regulatory issues that affect California hospitals and health systems, including seismic, health care coverage, health information exchange, and community benefits.
