2023 CDPH Leadership Updates and District Sessions — Participant Information

Program originally recorded November 7, 2023.

High-quality patient care is a shared goal among health care professionals throughout our state and the Center for Health Care Quality (CHCQ) at the California Department of Public Health (CDPH).

CHA hosts its annual meeting between members and CHCQ leaders on November 7. It is an opportunity to hear from the leadership of CDPH’s Center for Health Care Quality which oversees the Licensing and Certification Program, and to connect with CDPH District Office leaders.

This is one virtual statewide meeting, with a shortened length to make the best use of your limited time. As in previous years, time is built within this meeting for Q&A sessions with attendees and their local District Office.

Topics to be discussed include:

  • Program flexes and responding to potential surges
  • CDPH status on restarting relicensing and recertification surveys for hospitals
  • CDPH’s plans for Title 22 modifications
