CHA’s upcoming Transforming to Value-Based Care: Strategies for Hospital Success conference — to be held Feb. 25-26 in Pasadena — will offer valuable learning and networking opportunities for both acute and post-acute care leaders.
As hospitals transition to payment based on outcomes and episodes of care, they must develop strategic partnerships for seamless, coordinated patient care. Conference sessions will address:
