- 2020 Publicly Reported DRA HAC Measures Preview Period – Note: The HSR is only available via the QualityNet Secure Portal. Hospitals need active QualityNet accounts to access their HSR via the QualityNet Secure Portal. New users can create an account by visiting http://www.qualitynet.org/ and selecting the Register link on the top right corner of the page.
