CHA has released the 2021 edition of the California Hospital Survey Manual, which helps hospitals prepare for the survey process. Revamped to reflect current state and federal law, the manual details the survey process from start to finish, outlines tasks that must be done after the survey, and includes tips for achieving a successful survey.
