CHA has invited S&P Global rating agency experts to discuss the pandemic’s continued financial impact on hospitals. Ratings experts will share how the agency views California-specific legislative and regulatory concerns when evaluating California hospitals. Attendees will hear what ratings agencies are interested in and have a safe environment to ask questions and receive expert advice.

This webinar is limited to CHA members only and recommended for CEOs, CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers, and financial staff.

Chad Mulvany is responsible for providing leadership on federal hospital reimbursement issues and contributes on other federal regulatory matters. Based in CHA’s Washington, DC, Office, Chad collaborates with CHA’s vice president, federal regulatory policy, CHA’s senior vice president, federal relations, CHA issue managers and national hospital associations on analysis and policy development for advocacy purposes.

Chloe A. Pickett
Associate Director, U.S. Public Finance

Chloe Pickett is an Associate Director in the health care group of U.S. Public Finance. Chloe works on all areas of not-for-profit health care analysis, focusing on health care systems, stand-alone acute care hospitals, and specialty hospitals. While based in the Centennial, Colorado, she covers credits for organizations throughout the United States.

Aamna Shah
Associate Director, Healthcare, U.S. Public Finance
S&P Global Ratings

Aamna Shah has been with S&P Global Ratings since 2016 and is based out of the San Francisco office. She is an Associate Director for the U.S. Public Finance team covering the credit of not-for-profit standalone hospitals, large health care systems, as well as long term care facilities. Her coverage area spans the entire continental U.S. but most specifically the Midwest and West Coast regions.
