CHA would like to remind members of several key dates related to the Provider Relief Fund (PRF).
- Period 2 Late Reporting: Providers have until May 18 at 8:59 p.m. (PT) to submit a request to the Health Resources and Services Administration to report late due to extenuating circumstances. Interested providers should review and submit the Request to Report Late Due to Extenuating Circumstances Form.
- Deadline to Use Period 3 Funds: The deadline to use funds for Payment Received Period 3 is June 30. Period 3 covers funds received from Jan. 1 to June 30, 2021.
- Period 3 Reporting: The PRF Reporting Portal will be open between July 1 and Sept. 30 at 8:59 p.m. (PT) for Reporting Period 3. Providers who received one or more general and/or targeted PRF payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from Jan. 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, are required to report on their use of funds in Reporting Period 3.
