CHA would like to remind members of several key dates related to the Provider Relief Fund (PRF).
- Period 2 Late Reports Due: For providers who successfully requested to submit a late report for Reporting Period 2, those reports are due by June 14 at 8:59 p.m. (PT). The Health Resources and Services Administration began notifying providers the week of May 23 if their request was approved.
- Deadline to Use Period 3 Funds: The deadline to use funds for Payment Received Period 3 is June 30, 2022. Period 3 covers funds received from Jan. 1 to June 30, 2021.
- Period 3 Reporting: The PRF Reporting Portal will be open from July 1 to Sept. 30, 2022, at 8:59 p.m. (PT) for Reporting Period 3. Providers who received one or more general and/or targeted PRF payments exceeding $10,000, in the aggregate, from Jan. 1,
