Register now to join hospital leaders from throughout California for the CHA/American Hospital Association (AHA) Annual Advocacy Program. Participants will head to Washington, D.C. April 19-22 to meet personally with members of Congress about the health care issues of greatest importance to hospitals — and to the people and communities they serve.

CHA’s annual advocacy program is held as part of AHA’s Annual Meeting. To participate at a discounted rate, register by March 6 for the AHA program. Travel discounts are also available through the AHA website.

AHA’s Annual Membership Meeting offers opportunities to meet hospital leaders from around the country, hear from nationally recognized health policy leaders, and refine and deliver messages to policymakers.

In addition to the AHA Annual Meeting, the program includes California-specific events, including the California Caucus, visits to Capitol Hill, and a member reception to be held at the historic President Lincoln’s Cottage. Members of California Hospital Association Political Action Committee’s (CHPAC) Presidents’ Club will also receive an invitation to the CHPAC annual dinner, to be held following the reception.
