Receptionist

The California Hospital Association (CHA) is the statewide leader representing the interests of hospitals, health systems, and other health care providers in California.  CHA includes nearly 400 hospital members and provides members with state and federal representation and advocacy in the legislative and regulatory arenas.

We are currently looking for a professional, full time receptionist.  In this highly visible position, you will be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls and routing to the correct party, greeting visitors and guests, setting up conference calls, sending and receiving faxes, maintaining the reception and kitchen areas and board room, training backup receptionists, scheduling and organizing catering arrangements, managing messenger requests and federal express services, and assisting other staff with backup administrative support.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years prior reception experience in a professional office setting, excellent communication and customer service skills, a professional appearance and demeanor, ability to organize, plan and work independently, and a terrific “can-do” attitude.   Additionally, he/she must understand the importance of this position and how it impacts the impression others have of CHA.

CHA is a great place to work with a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.  If you have the qualifications listed above, we’d love to hear from you!  Please submit your resume and cover letter to https://workforcenow.adp.com/mascsr/default/mdf/recruitment/recruitment.html?cid=889fa99c-b269-4a02-a86f-f972f4b9ac20&ccId=19000101_000001&jobId=287193&source=CC3&lang=en_US

Because we are a federal contractor, we are required to make sure you know that all qualified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, protected veteran status, gender identification, sexual orientation or any other legally protected characteristic, or disability.
