Providers may request an interim reconciliation report from Noridian Healthcare Solutions, the Medicare administrative contractor (MAC) for California, that summarizes the amount of Medicare Advanced and Accelerated Payment (MAAP) repayments recouped compared to the amounts still outstanding.
Providers should call the Noridian contact center at (855) 609-9960 and ask for a MAAP reconciliation report, as well as email Noridian at JEemail@example.com with the call log ID number to ensure the request is handled by the appropriate MAC team member. During the call, members should identify whether they are a periodic interim payment (PIP) provider or non-PIP provider. When there are multiple provider numbers, each provider number should be given.
The report will not be automated; it is a one-time report only applicable for the submitted request.
