Provider Relief Fund Reporting Period 3 Now Open

The Provider Relief Fund (PRF) Reporting Period 3 opened on July 1.  

Hospitals and other providers who received general or targeted PRF payments exceeding $10,000 in aggregate from Jan. 1 through June 30, 2021, are required to report on their use of funds using the PRF Reporting Portal. Period 3 reports must be submitted by Sept. 30, 2022, at 8:59 p.m. (PT). 

Hospitals are encouraged to review the Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) reporting resources before they prepare their Period 3 reports. In particular, HRSA has updated its allowable expenses, lost revenue, and patient metrics resources.  

HRSA is also hosting two technical assistance webinars for Reporting Period 3. The session for returning reporters will be held on July 13 at noon (PT). New reporters can participate in a session on July 12 at noon (PT).
