CHA Comments on HRSA Request for Information on COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund Reporting Burden
CHA has submitted comments on a request for information on the burden associated with COVID-19 Provider Relief Fund (PRF) reporting released by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Comments are due to HRSA by 2 p.m. (PT) on Sept. 24 and should be emailed to paperwork@hrsa.gov.

The Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) will host a listening session on Oct. 1 from 10 a.m. to noon (PT) to provide more details on the Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program (BHCIP).
Webinar Will Detail Updates to the Provider Relief Fund

HHS Announces Changes to Monoclonal Antibody Distribution
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced that the ordering process for monoclonal antibody drugs has transitioned from the direct ordering process to a state-coordinated distribution system, similar to the process previously used from November 2020 to February 2021.
CHA Issues Summary of FFY 2022 Long-Term Care Hospital PPS Final Rule
CHA has issued a members-only summary, prepared by Health Policy Alternatives, Inc., of the federal fiscal year (FFY) 2022 long-term care hospital (LTCH) prospective payment system final rule issued by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The policy and payment provisions in the final rule are effective for FFY 2022 discharges, beginning Oct. 1.
