Mercy Mt. Shasta is a facility composed of acute care beds, a long-term care skilled-nursing unit, and additional ancillary services. A member of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW), a system of hospitals and care facilities, Mercy Mt. Shasta is sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy Auburn along with Mercy Medical Center Redding and St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff.
Mercy Mt. Shasta’s Centers of Excellence include surgical, cancer, emergency, maternity and cardiopulmonary services. Additional services include imaging, intensive care, long-term care, hospice, air services, community clinics, outpatient physical therapy centers, and outpatient surgery.
