AB 260 (Aguiar-Curry, D-Davis) Details
Signed by the governor on Sept. 26 (Chapter 136, Statutes of 2025).
AB 260 makes various changes to reproductive health care access. In addition, the bill includes a one-year extension for California health care providers to implement enhanced patient privacy protections within electronic health records as required by AB 352 (Bauer-Kahan, 2023).
